Refunds and Returns

If for any reason you change your mind, we are happy to offer a refund on all goods returned to us within 14 days from the date of receipt. You will need to send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Quote your name and order number by emailing help@ellaorganics.co.uk and we’ll provide you with a returns address to make the necessary arrangements. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any product which has been opened or used. Postage is non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

If on a rare occasion your item gets damaged in transit and is deemed unusable, please email us with your name, address, order number and a photograph of the damage so that we can arrange a replacement.
