Can I track my order?With every order, we will send an email to acknowledge receipt and a shipping confirmation email that contains delivery information and a reference number:
- UK Standard delivery orders come with a general tracking number but may not update the package location until the delivery date.
- UK Next Working Day delivery orders come with end to end tracking. We recommend that you follow the tracking information in the shipping confirmation email so that you're at home to receive your parcel and it's not returned to us.
What happens if my parcel is lost?
In the unfortunate circumstance that your parcel goes missing, please contact us and we will attempt to track down the parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen parcels where the parcel has been registered as delivered, which includes notification of re-delivery or collection. If your parcel is returned to us, payment for a second delivery attempt may be charged. If on a rare occasion your item gets damaged in transit and is deemed unusable, please email us with a photograph of the damage so that we can arrange a replacement. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Do I have to pay import charges?
Your order may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs once it reaches its destination. Any such additional charges must be borne by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over local customs charges and cannot take responsibility for them. If you choose not to pay these fees and do not collect your package, we are unable to refund your shipping costs. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.
Cancellations and ReturnsIf for any reason you change your mind, we are happy to offer a refund on all goods returned to us within 14 days from the date of receipt. You will need to send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Quote your name and order number by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll provide you with a returns address to make the necessary arrangements. Due to hygiene reasons and the unprecedented effects of Covid-19, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any product which has been opened or used. Postage is non-refundable.
